The piece I've been working on the last week 
I've drawn a looot of Lyx in the past but not really anything of her so there you go
Well I've drawn traditional works of her but no others
In the world which I have designed for my OCs power is being saved in special stones and the better the affinity of a stone towards a certain type of power is the more it can save.
Now the Elementals are very special mythical creatures that sometimes give away saving stones or even special spells.
This is why they are often caught and held captive. Sairi now is not the type of person to do something like this.
She only is fascinated by the being in front of her.

I think this is a lovely piece! The concept is very pretty and I see what you tried with the warm lighting!
I would suggest to add a bit more contrast into your drawing. It helps when you squeeze your eyes (not shut) and then you will see what pops out from the drawing! When you see nothing popping out, you can add more lighting or shading into the drawing to help create contrast.
